- Dart & Slab Bonanza with Lynn Wood (Tues AM)
Students hand-build with templates developed by Lynn, adding texture to slabs and making a variety of projects: unique vases, boxes, cups and more!
- Sculpture with Jake Miller (Thurs AM)
Beginners welcome! Students learn to sculpt a torso using a solid sculpture technique. Pieces are formed using a solid mass of clay which we then hollow out before firing. We are working from the hips to the head!
- Adv-Beginner Wheel Boot-Camp with Jonathan (Fri PM)
Each week, start with throwing exercises using studio clay. Learn to handle larger amounts of clay while exploring classic repertoire of forms: bigger bowls, taller pitchers & vases, lidded forms, mugs with pulled handles, and 2-part vessels!
