I’m so proud to be a dance choreographer for dancers of all abilities. Every class is filled with passion, excitement, growth, and possibility. Watching my students shine, express themselves, and build confidence through dance is one of the greatest blessings in my life.
As we head into an exciting summer filled with performances and special events, my heart is full of gratitude. I couldn’t be happier or more excited for what’s ahead. Thank you to all of our dancers, families, and supporters for being part of this incredible journey.

Staying healthy and active is so important to me. As a dance choreographer, music artist, and former fitness instructor, taking care of my body helps me continue doing what I love. These days my focus is on dance choreography, music, and inspiring others, but I still believe movement is medicine.
