Sometimes you just gotta BUST OUT with some moves! 🔥🎶

After going to the Chris Brown & Usher concert, I came into class feeling inspired, so we turned on some Chris Brown and just started FREESTYLING! 🙌🏽💃🏽🕺🏽

This is what we love to do! We dance, we entertain, we create, and most importantly, we inspire. I couldn’t be more proud of all of my amazing students of ALL abilities for always showing up, expressing themselves, and letting their light shine! ❤️

🎶🔥 Sometimes you just have to BUST OUT with the moves!

My sister caught this moment of me dancing at the Usher & Chris Brown concert at Levi’s Stadium. As a dance choreographer, dancer, and artist, this night was extra special for me. Usher and Chris Brown are incredible performers and dancers, and I have so much respect for their artistry.

So when the music hit… I had to pay homage the best way I know how — through DANCE! 🕺🔥

It felt GOOD to move, express myself, and simply enjoy the moment. Never stop doing what makes your soul come alive. ❤️

September is here — and I have to admit, I love this month… maybe because it’s also my birthday month! 🎉😄 (in my students voice 😂)

Wishing all of you a beautiful September filled with new beginnings, positive energy, blessings, and plenty of reasons to smile. And first things first… grab that morning coffee — maybe even a Pumpkin Spice Latte because, hey, it’s September! ☕🎃
