Who is the workshop for?
Studio Owners who teach kids or adults either online or in person
What is the workshop about?
It is about learning clear Marketing steps to always attract new students and be profitable.

How long will it last?

🧐Look at the picture below and answer Yes or No. You probably have more than one Yes, like most Studio Owners who:
-Work really hard – with not much financial return
-Are perceived as a Hobby Studio - even by their family and friends
-Want to help every student - and cut their prices
-Are exhausted - so teaching is not enjoyable anymore

I often hear stressed Studio Owners who have a great attendance for a class, then almost no enrollment for the next. No business can grow with uncertainty like this.
If you have been in this situation, you are probably:
❌ Relying only on word of mouth – putting control in the hands of others.
❌ Having the leaky bucket syndrome by only offering on and off classes - leading to a constant need to replace students and making it difficult to grow.
❌ Posting classes as your marketing strategy and hoping for people to sign up – resulting in meager enrollment as people don't know you.
What to do instead:
☑️Have clear marketing steps to continuously bring new students through your doors.
☑️Offer ongoing programs, either 6–8-week sessions or monthly classes year-long, to always grow your student #'s.
☑️Have a marketing toolbox to constantly be in front of your ideal students and become their ultimate choice.

If it inspires and connects with potential students, they will sign up.
But if it is boring or uninspiring, they will click away faster than you can say, "class dismissed.”

1. Less Marketing Effort: No need to constantly promote individual classes. Save time and energy on marketing and focus on delivering a great experience to your students.
2. More Revenue: Get upfront payments for the entire season or enjoy regular monthly payments. Ongoing programs mean a steady income for you.
3. Continuous Progress: Help your students make ongoing progress by allowing them to sign up for consecutive sessions. They can build on what they've learned before and achieve even more.
4. Inspire Others: When your students succeed and show progress, they become inspiring success stories. Others will be motivated to join your programs and experience similar success.

Advice: ADD your spouse or teen as an admin to your pages and groups! So you have access through them if you get locked out.

[Marketing Tip] Imagine this: we are sitting at a coffee shop together, and I ask you to tell me about your Studio business - to write down on a small napkin what you do and how you do it.
It comes down to 3 simple questions:
🟢1. If I asked you how you are attracting your students, can you tell me?
🟢2. If I asked you what you are using to convert those interested into paying students, can you tell me?
🟢3. If I asked you how you continue serving and keeping those students, how would you respond?
Explain in a clear way, in a simplified overview, that fits on a small napkin: really simplify and think about your Studio business.
