Friends, this “Teacher” has earned her credentials as the sought after guide of Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, Women’s Full Moon Circles and Chinese Tea Ceremonies.

Our story runs deep.

Just like any Wednesday, I entered the arena of my favorite strength training hub.
“Marti” was called from down the street.
It came from a student of mine who practiced Yoga 25 years ago.
We walked into the arena together and floated on that level of athletic peers. Christiana Quinn
Our coach whispered, “She is a beast in her strength sessions.”
That compliment penetrated my heart.
My friends, the journey of flowing through your 60’s is humbling on levels you can’t fathom until you live it.
It was a good day to feel ALIVE.

The word got out. San Jose Merc staff walked into my 6pm Yoga class saying they were doing an article called “Yoga Power”.
It all began when Jerry McCall, the owner of “Gold’s Gym” accepted my pitch to bring my version of Power Yoga to his three gym locations. In retrospect, I was so excited about this vision, I became fearless in my pursuits.
By 1996, the Gold’s Gym yoga program turned into a movement revelation that spread through Silicon Valley like a fire storm. came on board with me and the rest is a phenomenal era that began with taking that first step.

I’m an advocate for wearing local art. The art piece transforms into a moving installation of form and color. Conversations with people pop up here and there that are initiated by curiosity, joy, and appreciation for unique expression. This hand crafted coat was made by Mark Tines of Los Altos. The soft fabric cradles my body and feels like the ultimate expression of Autumn. Master hair stylist collaborated with a custom cut that added elegance and a touch of sexiness.
