Kinderwood "We'll Hug Your Kids Today!" Kinderwood Children's Center was established to serve the families in the community in 1980. and first aide certified.

We recognized the
need for working parents to be assured their most prized possessions, their children, are taken care of in the
cleanest, safest, most pleasant atmosphere possible. Kinderwood realizes the importance of balanced growth and is dedicated to providing for the social, mental, and physical development of your child. We provide an educational experience in a warm and friendly environme

nt for children SIX WEEKS to FIVE YEARS of age. Our service has grown from a
sincere love for children and a deep desire to help your child associate with other children and cope in a modern world. We are open to all children, regardless of race, creed or national
origin. Kinderwood is regulated by the State of California and is licensed under their authority and supervision. Each member
of our staff is qualified and competent to provide loving and understanding care for each child. They will be firm but kind in
dealing with your child. Our directors and teachers have successfully completed very stringent Early Childhood Education courses and are C.P.R. We are prepared to assist your child in the
learning process. A carefully balanced and supervised program is offered including varied activities of play, reading readiness, music appreciation, stories, art, science, health and simple arithmetic. We also work very hard to build their self esteem and make sure that they know they are special and unique in their own way. We understand how difficult it is to be separated from your child, but we pledge to make that separation as pleasant and
rewarding as possible

The kids had their Thanksgiving feast today. 🦃. Thank you to all the families who donated the side dishes, canned foods and our ”Toys for Tots” drive. Kinderwood has the best families. Our kids always have such fun. Great job teachers. 👍😊. You did it again. ❤️

I just want to thank my amazing staff. Yea we have gone through so much during these past couple years but my teachers come to work and give your children their best selves. The kids love all their teachers and reward them with hugs every day. Our parents are the best as well. You trust Kinderwood with your children every day. Your trust is most appreciated and your children are such joys to teach and play with everyday. We thank you for that trust. We love all of you ❤️❤️❤️

To be dependable and committed to loving, caring as nurturing each child’s specific needs. Lesson plans, room cleaning. Indoor and outdoor supervision. Assist in diapering changing/ potty training. Curriculum with art, songs,and large and small motor skills. Circle time and story telling. Letters,number, calendar. Building self esteem. Teaching friendship and kindness. Communication with parents and comraderie with other staff members. Keeping room safe and clean that is conducive to a healthy learning environment.
