Why are you interested in American English vs. British or another kind?

Hi. Thanks for visiting my page, which is currently under construction.

I’m planning on giving online group conversation classes later this year. My target market is French speakers, ideally working professionals, since I was a French teacher for 28 years, I know the types of mistakes French speakers typically make, and I will be living part time in France. But I have taught English to speakers of other languages as well, so I’m not limiting myself to working with only French speakers. But it would be helpful if you knew some French because I plan on using French examples.

Later on, I’d like to expand my program and include test preparation. I’ll also open up classes to students under 18.

At this time, I am not planning on tutoring one-on-one or teaching in person. I took an early retirement to not have to teach in a school.
