We proudly celebrated the Valley Christian Junior High Class of 2026 last week! Through academics, extracurriculars, and friendships, these students have come so far and we couldn’t be prouder.💙

It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news that our beloved Women’s Volleyball coach, Ron Whitmill, has passed away.

Coach Ron's Memorial Service will be held on June 10, at 2 PM on Skyway Campus.

Words cannot fully express the loss this is to our VCHS family. Coach Ron was more than our coach, he was a rock and mentor in our community, especially to our volleyball players. For over a decade, Coach Ron shaped VCHS Women's Volleyball into a program defined not only by championships, but by faith, community, and lasting relationships. He believed success was about loving one another, building lifelong memories, and creating a culture where every player felt seen, valued, and inspired. Alumni returned because of the impact he made, teammates became family, and generations of players carry his lessons with them far beyond volleyball.

We continue to pray for the Whitmill family, our volleyball families, our coaching staff, and all those who knew and loved Coach Ron. Psalm 34:18 tells us that the Lord is “near to the brokenhearted” and that is our prayer today. Grandparents Day 2026 was BERRY sweet! 🩵🍓

We were honored to welcome grandparents to the elementary campus for a special brunch filled with joy and connection. Guests enjoyed a choir performance, spent time playing games in the classroom with their grandchildren, and were delighted by a student talent show full of creativity and confidence. From capturing memories at the photo booth to taking home complimentary strawberry seeds as a sweet reminder of the day, every moment was one to cherish.

Thank you to all of the grandparents who joined us, and thank you to all of our volunteers who made this day so wonderful!

Speed, smiles, and school spirit filled the Skyway Campus at our Elementary Track Meet! 👟

Our junior high track athletes stepped into leadership roles by coaching the elementary students, leading warm-ups, sharing race tips, and cheering them on every step of the way. From sprints to field events, students had the freedom to choose the events they wanted to try, making the day full of fun, encouragement, and friendly competition.

We love seeing our younger Warriors build confidence, try new things, and be inspired by their older mentors. What a great day on the track! 💙🩵
