Our Career Services department works with you while you are in the program and stays with you after you graduate. Resume prep, cover letter help, interview coaching, job leads and employer connections throughout the Bay Area. And graduates are always welcome to come back for continued career support at no cost.

Most schools stop supporting you the day you finish. IBT does not work that way.

Trying to decide between Medical Assistant and Lab Assistant at IBT? Here is an honest breakdown. 🏥🧪

Medical Assistant: you want to work face to face with patients. You like a mix of clinical and administrative tasks. Doctor's offices, clinics and urgent care settings are where you see yourself.

Lab Assistant: you like the technical and detail focused side of healthcare. Running EKG tests, drawing blood and processing specimens in a lab environment is where you would thrive.
