Olivier Munoz, June 22 - 26th

Mr. Munoz began his studies at the National Conservatory of Dance. He is a former principal dancer of the English National Ballet, Cleveland Ballet, Northern Ballet Theatre, Principal Guest Artist with Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Tokyo Ballet, The Bolshoi Ballet, Ballet Philippines and Ballet Nuevo Mundo.

He is a certified Professor of Dance from the French Ministry of culture in France, and also an ABT NTC affiliate teacher certified in all levels of the ABT Curriculum. Mr. Munoz was also involved in several movies, Blue Suede Shoes for PBS 1998, Drew Carey Show in 1997 and Love in 4 acts for PBS in 1995.
He has choreographed for Cleveland Ballet, Orlando Ballet School, Geoffrey Been fashion show, Orlando Symphony.

Mr. Munoz has been a recognized coach for YAGP and now he has been serving on the panel of judges for YAGP regional and international competitions.

Peter Merz, June 15 - 18th

Peter LeBreton Merz is a former dancer with Cincinnati Ballet, Dayton Ballet, and Louisville Ballet, and has choreographed more than 40 original ballets across the United States and around the globe. In 2014, Mr. Merz was honored with the Outstanding Teacher Award by the Youth America Grand Prix and has twice been named Outstanding Choreographer. Mr. Merz also teaches throughout the U.S. and is known for his enthusiastic and encouraging approach to ballet.

He holds a BFA in Theater Design and Production from the University of Cincinnati, as well as an MBA in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management. Mr. Merz was an Associate Professor of Dance and Coordinator of Ballet at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the former Director of the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy.

Step into a transformative summer experience designed for serious ballet students eager to elevate both their technique and artistry. Over six weeks, dancers will train intensively under ABT®-Certified faculty and guest artists, refining ballet technique, pointe work, partnering, and contemporary movement. Conditioning classes strengthen the body while repertory rehearsals expand performance skills and deepen artistic expression.

This immersive program culminates in a celebratory performance. With a focus on dancer wellness and individual growth, New Ballet provides the tools and inspiration to help each student rise to the next level.

Discover a summer training experience designed to inspire serious young dancers and accelerate their progress. In this four-week intensive, students work closely with ABT®-Certified faculty and guest artists to refine their ballet technique, pointe work, partnering, contemporary dance, conditioning, and cross-training.

Students will also explore excerpts from the classical ballet repertoire, gaining valuable performance experience and deepening their artistry, culminating in a celebratory showcase.
