الانوركسيا هو اضطراب بالاكل بصيب عموما البنات و النساء و خصوصا المراهقات .
الشخص المصاب بالانوركسيا بيكون عندو خوف شديد من زيادة الوزن و بجرب انو يخفف من كمية الاكل لدرجة معدومة حتى ولو هو بيكون باغلب الاحيان كتير ضعيف .
الاشارات يلّي مفروض تلفت نظر الناس خصوصا الاهالي اذا ولادهم عم بيعانو من انوركسيا هني :
- انخفاض كبير بالوزن مقارنة لطول الشخص .
- بيرفض انو يحافظ على وزن عادي او معتدل .
- عندو خوف شديد من زيادة الوزن .
- بيعتقد انو هو ناصح او مليان بينما بكون هيدا الشخص ضعيف جدا .
- وقوف الدورة الشهرية عند البنات لمدة 3 اشهر على التوالي .
- الرياضة البدنية بشكل كتير قاسي و مستمر .
- بياكل كميات كتير قليلة و بس انواع معينة من الطعام .
- بيلعب بالاكل بصحنو بدل ما ياكلو .

الشخص يلي معو انركسيا بيحتاج عناية خاصة من فريق الرعاية الصحية يعني
( الطبيب , اخصائية التغذية و اخصائي بعلم النفس ) وكمان من عيلتو و اصحابو لِي بيلعبو دور مهم بعلاجو.

Just a reminder: PLEASE do not ask people about their weight, compliment weight loss, or say things like, “what size do you wear?”

You do not know if this person is struggling with a hidden illness such as cancer, Crohn’s, Lupus, an eating disorder or any number of a million others.

These types of comments might seem harmless or even complimentary, but can cause SIGNIFICANT psychological anxiety for someone struggling.

Say things like:
“You look great today!”
“I love that outfit!”
“What a nice tan!”

Don’t like any of these? Don’t say anything.

Thank you for this amazing opportunity to attend 🙏🏻 - my notebook, my brain and my contacts are all full. And I leave here with tons of ideas for in Egypt ❤️

AED also had a beautiful “sunset” farewell dinner for us at the beach 🏝️ (sunset in “ “ because the sun is still HIGH at 9pm 😂)

It was also so great to spend time brainstorming with my partner in crime .therapy_zaki 🙏🏻
