San Jacinto Unified School District honors the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., recalling his heroic campaign for equality and justice for all. On Monday, January 15th we will celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. This day acknowledges his achievements as a civil rights leader who advocated to use nonviolence as a means to bring about change and end racial segregation. We remember Dr. King as a fierce advocate for the betterment of all people. Today his fight continues and it is important to remember the lessons he taught us.
