Been an interesting ride the past week into my past.
My first, and only dead show with Jerry was the opener of the summer 95’ at Highgate VT. Once i saw the scene attached to the music I was hooked. Then Jerry passed… Enter Trey Anastasio and Phish and many rides to random venues across New England all the way up till now.
So happy i got a miracle to go watch Dead & Company , my dad turned 80 satuday night and he said “You have to go” a lot of thoughts about how cool it was to go see Phish with him after my ride bailed and he drove me 14 hours to northern Maine for the first “great went”.
It’s funny even though music never stopped, i think my FULL love for my neighborhood and San Francisco has been dormant for a few years. Awesome it is to be around family and further acknowledging why my city, THE City, is one of the best out there. 🍄❤️✌️
