How do you fix something you dont know? The issue is not in just not knowing but to take the time and plot out the strengths and weaknesses or pros and cons, educating your mind, self exploration, and reflecting on the challenges you might be experiencing; owning the unknown.
Often times, professionals in Sport or in the Fitness Industry may experience a psychological challenge and not know it even exists. Identifying these challenges (eg. stressors or anxiety) can help you manage the situation better and come up with a plan to stabilize.
