Again, Cancer. - I am not my Story. Amid the excitement of my book release—celebrating the achievement, enjoying the freedom, and savoring a sense of completion—I went for my routine six-month early detection screening with my gynecologist. The news was grim.

The home of my excellent friend, Sound Therapist and Yoga Instructor Diego Wallraff who is known to many of this page's subscribers burned down in the Palisades fire. He was away and lost absolutely everything. Now he faces the overwhelming challenge of starting over from scratch. His son has created a GoFundMe campaign for us to be able to help if we feel moved to. 💟
