Offering drum lessons covering all aspects of Drum Set Performance. Shaun has shared his knowledge as a teacher for over 25 years.
Shaun McGonegal is a seasoned drummer with over 30 years of extensive experience in live performance and studio work. Along with his contributions on many albums, he holds the title of GrooveZoo.com Groove Crew Member, actively consulting for the site. His formal training began at Ontario College of Percussion and continued studies with Pete Magadini, John Pickering, and jazz great Tony Williams.

For a number of years I have taught at the Blue Bear School of Music. Due to the pandemic the school is struggling to survive.Why support Blue Bear? This San Francisco institution has been empowering people to play the music they love since 1971. This fundraiser will help to sustain them through this hard year, and support their outreach programs which bring music to SF’s most underserved communities.
