It is Korean spiced fermented raw vegetables potent with essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, iron, plant protein and calcium. After several weeks of fermentation, you will enjoy added probiotics and lactic acid that our stomach must have everyday. Kimchi helps our body to digest, cleanse and prevent.
