The competition is heating up with the Engineering For Kids World Games! World Games Engineering, the new program we incorporate into this year’s Summer Camps, introduces athletic events and the science and engineering concepts behind.

Popular themes in different weeks include: Digging for Dinos, Esports Rocket League Edition, Playful Playground Engineers, Zany Zoo Engineers, Robotics, Animation Stations, Minecraft, Scratch Coding, App Development using bitsbox, Electric Engineering, Marine Engineering, etc.

Spring Break Camps and Junior Summer Camps this year will be held in the new venue at Irving St (& 18th ave) in Inner Sunset. Apprentice Summer Camps will stay in the Geary (& Stanyan) location.

Engineering for Kids has designed and incorporated a new common theme ‘Mission to Mars’ into our Summer Camps this year in addition to a rich variety of topics we are offering including Junior Robotics, 3D Printing, Scratch/App Programming, Minecraft and Electronic/Environmental Engineering, etc.. Space exploration is a topic that sparks imagination and ignites curiosity in children. It is a topic that is full of unknowns and what-ifs that provide opportunities for children’s imaginations and creativity to soar. Mars has always been a source of inspiration for explorers and scientists. Topics include scientific investigations and hands-on engineering challenges in mechanical and aerospace engineering, as well as topics in technology with Minecraft and robotics.
