And we’re back! 🌹
There’s something so special about the first day of school. Familiar faces returning, new faces joining us, classrooms coming back to life, and a whole year waiting to unfold.

This morning, we began with one of our most beloved traditions: the Rose Ceremony. Our 8th graders welcomed our new 1st graders with a rose, a beautiful reminder of just how much growing happens in the years between them.

To all of our students, families, teachers, and staff: welcome. We’re so happy to begin another year together.

From studying the myths and ideals of Ancient Greece… to stepping onto the field to experience them firsthand.

Our 5th graders recently traveled to Sacramento to participate in a Waldorf Pentathlon, a beloved tradition connected to the 5th grade study of Greek history and mythology.

Through events inspired by the ancient games, students are invited to practice courage, perseverance, grace, and respect for one another, while building connection with 5th graders from nearby Waldorf schools.

We are so proud of the way our students showed up with heart, determination, and kindness throughout the day.
