Golden Bridges School

From studying the myths and ideals of Ancient Greece… to stepping onto the field to experience them firsthand.

Our 5th graders recently traveled to Sacramento to participate in a Waldorf Pentathlon, a beloved tradition connected to the 5th grade study of Greek history and mythology.

Through events inspired by the ancient games, students are invited to practice courage, perseverance, grace, and respect for one another, while building connection with 5th graders from nearby Waldorf schools.

We are so proud of the way our students showed up with heart, determination, and kindness throughout the day.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for each and everyone who joined us at our Earth Day celebration at on Sunday.

With your help we were able to remove invasive weeds, plant herbs and harvest various alliums and strawberries to share with our community. Our goat friends gained many new caretakers and several neighbors stopped by to tour the space. It was a beautiful way to spend the day.

What a joyful and vibrant Grandparents & Special Friends Day. From heartfelt student performances to our specialty teacher open house, it was a beautiful celebration of connection, creativity, and time shared together.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made the day so special.
