Beautiful design by FIDM SF Student, Sean Kam! His dress was recently shown in a contest during the San Francisco Green Expo.

Last weekend, U.S. Coast Guard Veteran and FIDM Student, Sean Kam, debuted his sustainable dress in a contest at the San Francisco Green Expo. His piece was inspired by Hubert De Givenchy's dress that he designed for Audrey Hepburn, in the 1954 classic film, "Sabrina."

On his work, Kam says, "If I can create something from sustainable materials, I can hopefully contribute and ignite a spark in the younger generation to think and create sustainably."

Thank you to guest speaker & FIDM Grad, Deborah Opiniano! Deborah gave an amazing talk about her job as store manager of Rebecca Minkoff in San Francisco, innovations in wearable tech and how technology is changing the retail space.
