When a child quits your program because they’re caught up with their academics, it makes it a sweet but not a bitter farewell.

Is this a brainstorm or art? I want to frame this and put it in a museum. Applause Justin for being so creative and exploding with ideas.

Jake's thought-provoking narrative "Yomie's Memories" probes the painful aftermath of losing a loved one, while encouraging readers to look toward the future. This story transports the protagonist to a surreal world, where he undergoes various disquieting adventures. The unexpected outcome will surprise and uplift readers. Jake's impressive storytelling talent will leave readers in awe. As a teacher or “second aunt” I’m so proud of Jake and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

It's uplifting to see the little girl who cried after finding out she'd attend my writing class develop into a skilled writer. “Murmurs of the Waves” written by Emma Hsu is a tale about a boy who is intrigued by a mysterious girl who spends her days at the beach. What drives her to visit this place daily, and why does she appear so pale? Who is she, and what's her family background? The story slowly unravels the mystery surrounding the girl and explores Taiwanese customs.
