Picture your company fifteen years from now. Not a mission statement, not a slide deck. A full blown story, the kind with characters and stakes and a world you can actually walk around in.
That's phase three of the 4DX framework, and it starts with something most strategy sessions never touch: imagination. We ask leaders to build science fiction. Comic books, short films, even VR experiences that let a team step inside the future they're trying to create. Fifteen years out is the sweet spot, far enough away that the rules haven't been written yet, close enough that today's work still echoes through it.
Once that world exists, we work backward from it, tracing a path from the imagined future straight back to this Tuesday afternoon. Which partnerships need to start now. Which skills need building. Which tools need testing. The vision stops being a daydream and starts filling the ideation pipeline with ideas worth building toward.

AI fatigue? Neuroscientist Dr. Le Cunff believes AI searches are crushing curiosity.
They're "compressing what used to be a meandering journey through the internet into an immediate arrival at your destination. The explorative phase of searches — clicking through links, stumbling onto unexpected pages, following a reference that leads to somewhere unplanned — is disappearing."

Weak AI Regulation Could Be Worse Than None at All
Who predicted the invention of smartphones would impact bubble gum sales?
The dominant narrative around AI and employment has been one of replacement. A new study of 21,559 US companies tells a more complicated story.
Ramp and Revelio Labs linked actual AI spending data to workforce records across more than five years. The firms making the largest AI investments grew headcount by roughly 10 percent in the two years following adoption. Entry-level positions grew even faster, up 12 percent. The gains showed up across engineering, sales, administration, and customer service.
Low-intensity adopters saw no statistically significant change in either direction.
There are important caveats the researchers are upfront about. The companies leading on AI adoption were already larger, more technical, more likely to be venture-backed, and faster-growing before they adopted. The gains were heavily concentrated in the information sector. This is not a representative picture of the broader economy.
What it does suggest is that the relationship between AI investment and job creation is real, uneven, and much more dependent on adoption intensity than most forecasts have accounted for.
The gap between high and low-intensity adopters may turn out to be the most consequential number in this data.
