A little about me…
I have spent the last 15 years coaching individuals and leadership teams in various organizations, utilizing numerous tools and methods. I have worked for wonderful organizations such as EJ Gallo Winery, McLane Company and UCSF to name a few. I have provided coaching services to individuals as well as teams, with the intent of building strong relationships and eliminating produc

tivity and communication gaps. I have also worked with individuals in one-on-one settings to help identify “next steps” in both their personal life or their professional life. Throughout my journey, I have learned and implemented amazing tools to help guide individuals to their goals. The last couple of years I have chosen not to create resolutions (shortage mindset) but rather set an intention on a word and/or phrase. I don’t define it or set a roadmap to it. Just set an intention and be open to receiving. That’s it. It’s amazing what shows up when I don’t try and define it with my limited beliefs as what it could be. My current intention is COURAGE. Boy has it showed up for me. Through work projects, relationships and every day experiences. I bought roller skates in Oct of 2020. Roller skating brought so much joy as a child. I kept telling myself I will go roller skating tomorrow. Well it didn’t happen because I was afraid to fail, more like fall😮. This week courage nudged me and I put on my skates and went to the beach. AND it felt great! How does courage show up for you?
