In 2002, as my fourth-quarter in the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco's 2-yr Teacher Training began; I was introduced to my next Senior Teacher, Jaki Nett.

And from that day, I remember Jaki telling me: "your Ardo Mukha Svanasana needs work!"

Well today, as I substitute taught for Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Janet MacLeod, I realized: my downward dog still needs work BUT at least I have two yoga students to assist me [lol].

In five days, I will embark on an experience which I am certain to never forget: "A seven day yoga retreat at with Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Janet MacLeod." ..... IN A SCOTTISH CASTLE!!!!!!!
