Aix-en-Provence. Day four. Having a panaché in a café with my brother while the soon to be 17 year old is happily shopping on her own. Questionable pieces of lingerie as I found out later, but I didn't say a word. Well, just one word: nice. Of course, we had to stop at the Brémond store to buy the best nougat.

Back to France. Day one. Driving from Paris to Lyon. One stop in Beaune to visit the hospices. The Hospices de Beaune or Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune is a former charitable almshouse in Beaune, France. It was founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of Burgundy, as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building, the Hôtel-Dieu, one of the finest examples of fifteenth-century Burgundian architecture, is now a museum.

A long time ago I suggested to eliminate Mondays. No one supported me. I y a longtemps, j'ai suggéré d'éliminer les lundis. Personne ne m'a soutenue.

And just like that PGE became much better than Kaiser at heart attack prevention. Et tout d'un coup PGE est devenu bien supérieur à Kaiser pour prévenir les crises cardiaques.
