Scholar Strategies is a Friend of the San Francisco Library. Their Big Book Sale this week has an Education section, all paperback books are $1, which means you may get your hands on slightly older editions of test prep guides as well as college application resource books published by Fiske's, Barron's, Kaplan, etc. http://www.friendssfpl.org/?Big_Book_Sale Also the majority of our students list "reading" as a top hobby, so for the rest of you, most other books are $1-$3.
