AILA, a Saudi EdTech company building AI-powered personalized learning, has raised $3M in a round led by Rua Growth Fund, with Jo Academy, 500 Global, Bunat Ventures, and Fikr Ventures.

Our Cohort 1.0 startup partner AILA just closed $3M in Pre-Series A funding.

We watched this team build something real: an AI-native platform that actually understands how students learn, not just another app translating old methods into new tech. From day one, AILA set out to prove that Arabic-speaking students deserve learning experiences built for them, not adapted for them.
Yousef Alsayed is our pride, and watching him and Abdulaziz Bin Mugayel take AILA from Cohort 1.0 to a $3M Pre-Series A raise is exactly why we do this.
