Our second In-Custody Barber Pathway Program is officially in the books — and once again, it was so much more than just a barbering program. ❤️‍🔥

Over the past 10 weeks, we had the privilege of teaching the craft of barbering from the ground up — the techniques, the tools, the professionalism, the business, what it truly takes to build a career, and most importantly, getting hands-on and putting the skills into practice.

But beyond the cuts and the lessons were the moments that will stay with us.
The conversations. The stories. The laughter. The challenges. The breakthroughs. The connections. The moments of vulnerability, growth, and realization that reminded us why programs like this matter.
Watching individuals learn a new skill, build confidence, discover their potential, and begin to see barbering as something that could create a different future for themselves is something we don’t take for granted.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of another successful 10-week journey and to experience so many powerful moments alongside an amazing group of people.

Thank you to everyone who made this program possible and to those who trusted us enough to learn, grow, and share this experience with us.
Another program completed. Another group impacted. Another chapter filled with memories we’ll carry with us.

Watching your journey has been such a rewarding experience. The hard work, long days, dedication, passion, and commitment you put into becoming a barber truly showed.
You were always willing to help your fellow classmates, lend a hand, and give your time to every community event. You continued to improve in every aspect, and watching you grow—not only as a barber, but as a person—has been incredibly inspiring and gratifying.
We are so proud of you and everything you have accomplished! ❤️

Keep believing in yourself, keep learning, and keep chasing your goals. We’re so excited to see where this new chapter takes you and all the amazing things you’ll accomplish.

Benjamin, we couldn’t be more proud of the effort, patience, dedication, and willingness to learn you’ve shown throughout your journey with us. Watching you grow, learn, and improve in every aspect has been such a rewarding part of this experience.

A huge thank you to CBS News Bay Area for coming out and covering our annual Back to School event! ❤️✂️🎒
This year was truly one for the books. We were so grateful to bring our community together for a day filled with free haircuts, food, backpacks, and plenty of smiles as we get our kids ready for the new school year.

Giving back to our local community is something we’re incredibly passionate about, and seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces — and the happiness of their families — makes it all worthwhile.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, showed up, and helped make this event possible. And thank you again, CBS News Bay Area, for helping us share what this day is all about. ❤️
