My HOA had an inspector out to check our decks and back stairs; some new law in SF. The inspector ended up being Alex Santos. He has his own engineering business and his twin, Adriana, works at Salesforce. Here are before and after pics- of me and Alex not the deck. He pointed out that he is the age that I was when I taught him. I was not amused.
