Sebastian Martinez and Brandon Martinez started their company five years ago, Sebastian Had an obsession with patterned socks. Sebastian then decided to make his own crazy colorful socks, with the help of his Mom, she lined up a manufacturer. Brandon Martinez, Sebastian’s older brother, stepped in as the director of sales. Despite the two brothers disagreements, their complementary skill sets make them great business partners!! Now their business has sold nearly $1 million worth of socks! Sebastian and Brandon Martinez didn’t give up on making socks despite the disagreements they moved on and kept going no matter what they stuck together to make the most crazy colorful patterned socks, and you can too!!!

When Maya Penn was 8 years old, she wanted to build a sustainable fashion collection, and so she started to make clothing. By age 10, Maya Penn had created headbands and scarves. Maya Penn also taught herself how to build a website and program to sell her accessories. Today, Maya Penn’s Atlanta-based fashion line has 10 employees and customers from all over the world! Maya Penn is now 19 and has spent the past 11 years nurturing a lot of other passions. Maya’s business is called Maya’s Ideas 4 the Planet, which provides eco-friendly sanitary products to women in developing countries. Maya Penn started at a young age as a young entrepreneur, and now her clothes are loved by all around the globe, and you can do this too!

Kenan Pala has always helped with anything. While he lived in San Diego, he would happily volunteer at soup kitchens and beach cleanups. There are a lot of nonprofits doing amazing things in San Diego, but a variety of them allow only ages 18 and up to volunteer. Pala wanted to volunteer for so many things but he couldn’t because of age, so then he decided to make sure kids who wanted to volunteer could volunteer. Kenan Pala founded the nonprofit organization Kids4Community. Pala has raised $1 million through corporate donations and charitable events. You can do this too! If you really want something, you have to work hard for it!

Caroline and Isabel Bercaw were 11 and 12 year olds when they first started to make bath bombs. Then they decided to try and sell their bath bombs at a local art fair in Minneapolis. Tons of people bought their bath bombs!! By 2015, their product was in 30 local shops! Following a successful trip to Atlanta, for an International Trade Show, in 2016, their bath bombs started getting sold everywhere, even in Target!! Now, making bath bombs, and doing what they love, Caroline and Isabel Bercaw have become very successful Businesswomen! You can do this too! Work, Focus and Dedication!
