I’m a fourth generation alumni from ER Taylor Elementary school located in San Francisco California. My fondest memories began as I entered kindergarten in 1956 to sixth grade. I have since retired and came back to ER Taylor to volunteer, And I am active in the PTA as the Secretary, a member of the ELAC and SSC Chairperson. I’m reaching out to all Alumni’s. ER Taylor Elementary welcomed the fearless and inspiring Alaska Airlines, Captain Tara Wright as its first STEM Career speaker on Monday, September 24th. Captain Tara Wright and First Pilot Mallory Cave made Alaskan Airline history with a first time all female African American crew on Mother’s Day 2018. The students warmly welcomed her and showered her with questions about her experience and what it takes to be a pilot. Thank you Captain Tara Wright and Superintendent Dr. Matthews for visiting us at ER Taylor!
