Student Advisors For Education - SAFE A student community that strives to educate, mentor, and support students, parents and teachers regarding the challenges and strengths of students with LD.

Who we are:
• A coalition of teens from public, parochial and private schools, with groups that meet in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Monterey and Sacramento
• 13-19 year olds with mild to moderate learning and attention based-differences including Attention Deficit Disorder, (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and auditory proce

ssing disorders
• Students with similar learning profiles and experiences who come together to find and use their voice and make a difference in their communities.

Thanks to academic and extracurricular stress, pushing kids to get into elite colleges, these children are now considered at-risk, along with kids living in poverty and foster care, recent immigrants, and those with incarcerated parents.
