An accident of timing forces three college classmates to put up with one another from the first week of freshman year to their 25th reunion and beyond. Now, finally, as an important milestone looms, and they get together to plan a joint event, enough is enough. The Birthday Club is a funny and poignant dissection

We've got a few photos of opening night to share, thanks to photographer Serena Morelli... Shows on Friday 9p / Saturday 4p / Sunday 2:30p this weekend - http://www.sffringe.org/birthday/
And ... We are open! Congratulations to cast and crew for a successful first run. At the Fringe, the opening night is the first time the cast has ever performed the play in the theater, with proper lights and sound system, and the first time the crew has ever had to hit the cues. As director all I can do is sit in the audience with my fingers crossed, but last night I needn't have bothered - they nailed it. On to Friday (advance tickets sold out, available at door only), Sat, Sun this weekend!
30 minutes to curtain on opening night. Actors warming up making silly faces and sounds. Stage Manager going through cue sheets. Director trying to look productive.
