Grab your girls and get your sweat on with this high-energy training session in the Presidio! Get outside, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy this urban workout led by local trainers Tracy Hicks- Scenic Fit, Katy Dilorio ā Basecamp and Krysta Ramsey- Basecamp. With three rotating workout stations, weāll make sure you a full-body workout in 60 minutes.
Afterwards, weāll head back to the store for a post-workout party (mimosas!) and raffle prizes from Sports Basement & Kari Traa.

Finally sun and blue skies! It was a great day for a trail run in the hills above . I was lucky to come across a cute turkey mamma and her babies pecking for food in the grass on the side of the trail.
