Time to get funky! Ever wonder why some beer is tart, tangy, or even sour? We'll get into that in this one.
Hear from breweries such as OEC(Oxford, CT), Elysian (Seattle, WA), Willimantic Brewing Co (Willimantic, CT), an Advanced Cicerone, as well as a faculty member from UConn's Chemical Engineering Department.
