This is happening, too: finally mammogram results will notify you if you have dense breast tissue. Doesn’t sound like a big deal…but it is. As a woman with dense tissue, I have had false positives, biopsies, numerous scares…when it could all be avoided by just coupling that mammogram with an ultrasound. Now, at least, we will get notified so we can take appropriate steps. A move in the right direction.

Things we know: quitting drinking is helpful—it reduces inflammation, balances horemone, stabilizes mood and helps us connect better and have better s*x. What’s amazing about this article in Vogue is that it’s going mainstream. No more dingy church basements for AA meetings…people are deciding to be Sober Curious at all stages of their drinking. I love this!!
