📄 ที่มาของการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน
การพัฒนานวัตกรรมประเมินแผลไฟไหม้ผ่านระบบประมวลผล 3 มิติ แต่ละปีการรักษาผู้ป่วยแผลไฟไหม้มีจำนวนเฉลี่ย 70-100 ราย ปัญหาที่พบโดยทั่วไปก็คือการประเมินพื้นที่ผิวที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากไฟไหม้มีความผิดพลาดค่อนข้างมาก เช่น แผลไฟไหม้ประมาณ 40% แต่ผลการประเมินกลับมากถึง 60% เนื่องจากเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินเป็นวิธีที่ใช้มาตั้งแต่ 70 ปีที่แล้ว โดยแนวโน้มของความผิดพลาดเช่นนี้เพิ่มสูงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าการประเมินผิดพลาดเช่นนี้ย่อมมีผลต่อการรักษาโดยตรง เนื่องจากแพทย์ต้องเอาปริมาณพื้นที่ผิวที่ถูกแผลไฟไหม้ไปคำนวณการให้น้ำเกลือ การให้อาหาร และแนวทางการรักษา หากประเมินผิดตั้งแต่ต้นการรักษาก็จะมีปัญหา ในส่วนของการประเมินผลนั้น ในการพัฒนาทีมแพทย์ได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลและประเมินผล เพื่อให้ทีมวิจัยและพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบเพื่อให้การประเมินผลมีความแม่นยำมากขึ้น เมื่อการประเมินผลการรักษาผู้ป่วยมีความถูกต้องจะสามารถช่วยให้การออกแบบวิธีและขั้นตอนการรักษาผู้ป่วยมีความถูกต้องตามไปด้วยครับ

📱 แอปพลิเคชันนี้ เริ่มต้นด้วยการใส่น้ำหนักส่วนสูงและข้อมูลคนไข้ลงไปในแบบฟอร์ม จากนั้นโปรแกรมจะคำนวณดัชนีมวลกายออกมาอย่างแม่นยำ เมื่อทราบว่าดัชนีมวลกายอยู่ในช่วงใด โปรแกรมจะเลือกสัดส่วนรูปร่าง 3D Model ที่ใกล้เคียงออกมา จากนั้นแสดงผลบนสมาร์ทโฟน แพทย์จะสามารถใช้นิ้วระบาย (Paint) พื้นที่ผิวที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากการถูกไฟไหม้ โดยสามารถหมุนโมเดล 3 มิติ ได้แบบ 360 องศา จากนั้นโปรแกรณจะคำนวณปริมาณการให้น้ำเกลือ การให้อาหาร และแนวทางการรักษาแก่ผู้ป่วย รวมถึงมีการเก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยลงบนระบบฐานข้อมูลที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์กลางเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการศึกษาทางการแพทย์ต่อไปครับ

การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันนี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาการควบคุมการแสดงผลการทำงานผ่านระบบ Interactive Technology และการประมวลผลทางด้าน 3D Computer Graphic แบบ Realtime รวมถึงการออกแบบ User Interface ที่ง่ายในการใช้งานครับ

Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Ministry of Energy, have encouraged an energy efficiency and alternative energy deployment to the business and industrial sectors, which have been enrolled as designated and non-designated factory/building under the Energy Conservation Promotion Act 1992 and present a great deal of energy utilization. The mentioned sectors also consist of energy-relating personnel, such as business owner, executive, engineer and staff, as well as education and mass media organizations that promote energy conservation and renewable energy development. Accordingly, Thailand Energy Awards competition has been held since year 2000, in order to eulogize the outstanding performance of factories, buildings and personals that encourage energy conservation and renewable energy development, which will provide good examples to other organizations and stimulate staff for this competition participation.

Likewise, the winners of Thailand Energy Awards competition are selected to be representatives for the ASEAN Energy Awards competition. Thailand Energy Awards competition, therefore, has been continuously organized every year by the purpose that to motivate the sustainable of energy conservation and renewable energy development.
