ELFA update for San Francisco families planning ahead: Starting July 1, 2026, Early Learning For All (ELFA) eligibility is expanding. Families earning 151%–200% of Area Median Income (AMI) may be eligible for an ELFA Half Tuition Credit.

Also, for SF families earning 111%–150% AMI, an ELFA Full Tuition Credit may already be available.

We were asked to share this update, and as a parent I know every bit helps—so we’re sharing here in case it’s useful for your family’s planning. Starting July 1, families can check eligibility and apply online at:

🎨 What a magical start to March! We've been celebrating stories, creativity, and spring with Dr. Seuss adventures. From making Cat in the Hat hats during Read Across America Week to painting beautiful Truffula Trees and shamrock crafts, the kids have been exploring colors, shapes, and imagination. There's so much learning happening through play! 📚✨

A very proud moment! He’s crawling! Just a little bit, but every little bit counts! Long awaited! Everyone clapped for him! 👏 He smiled, sat back and refused to move any more. 😂

There’s nothing like a sunny day filled with music, dancing, and bubbles to brighten up the week! 🌞🎶🫧 During our Tuesday Jamaroo class, the kids had a blast playing outdoors and soaking up all the fun. 🎉 Today marks 24 incredible years of Little Leaps and Bounds! 🎈 I was just 20 years old when I started this journey, and over the years, I’ve grown alongside my business. Little Leaps and Bounds began as an idea—a dream of creating the ideal place for my own kids when I one day had them. But it’s become so much more than that. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing children and families in San Francisco, and they’ve taught me as much, if not more, than I have taught them. ❤️

This dream wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of my own family— especially my mom & dad, my partner, and my kids.
