San Francisco Public Library, Mission Bay Branch

SF's Department of Public Health will be running a pop-up vaccine site in front of our Main Library today until 3pm. Free Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available to adults 18+ who have not already been vaccinated.

With cases of COVID-19 rising locally and increased circulation of the highly transmissible Delta variant, the Counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Sonoma, and the City of Berkeley recommend that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks indoors in public places to ensure easy verification that all unvaccinated people are masked in those settings and as an extra precautionary measure for all.

Here's what you need to know:
We are open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5:30pm
No time limits for visits
No capacity limits in the building
Masks are still required for our unvaccinated patrons, including children ages 2-11
Programming continues to be virtual

Browse & Bounce is a partial reopening offering limited, 60-minute visits for in-person browsing and public computer use (by reservation). You can also pick up your holds, open a library account and get a physical library card, and get help with questions about your library account or library services.
