Friends of Camp Kesem San Francisco FY 2019 Camp Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by over 4,500 passionate college student leaders, that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer.

Hi friends!

Our board just wanted to send out a message to everyone as we enter the holiday season. This can be a difficult time of year for those who have lost a loved one to cancer, and we want you to know we are here to support you in any capacity you may need. If you yourself, or someone you know of needs a little extra support, send us a message or email letting us know and we would love to send a card and some resources your way.

Many of us are impacted by the loss of a loved one and understand how difficult this time of year can be, so don’t hesitate to ask for help. ♥️

The SFCA E-Board had a great time volunteering at the 10th annual "Your Next Step is the Cure SF!" They were able to meet some wonderful volunteers from Apple, and cheer on the teams running.

Hey SFCA members,

Swing by UC 1st floor on November 10th with your friends to buy boba and support cancer organizations in the area. The money we raise goes to support organizations like Family house, and makes a difference for a lot of patients, so please stop by to support our organization, and get some delicious boba!

Two of our board members went out to Lake Merced last weekend to volunteer at a 5k for lung cancer. Follow us for more volunteer opportunities, and how to get involved with SFCA.

Hello SFCA!

We are happy to announce that SFCA will be participating in Relay for Life again this year on April 23 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m on USF's soccer field. Participants do not have to stay the full time but a minimum of a two hour commitment would be greatly appreciated. SFCA members will walk laps around the field to help raise awareness and money for the American Cancer Association. There will be fun games and activities during the Relay as well as food!
