2017年富兰克林中文学校小学朗诵比赛

2017年11月11日既是中国的“双十一”也是阿根廷富兰克林中文学校2017学年下学期的一个重要的日子。这一天我校总校的小学部和中学部各班推荐的各五名，共计105名学生参加了2017学年的演讲朗诵比赛。
比赛由五年级的吴美玲达同学和六年级的吴融德同学共同主持。
从下午一点开始，比赛分为年级组和班级组进行，经过两个多小时的激烈角逐，全校选出一个三等奖，他们是两年级丙班送出的朗诵节目《诗歌朗读串联》由严佳怡、林艺彤、许文熙、曾翔宇及陈启鑫五位同学参加。孩子们服装统一，连读三首古代诗歌，朗读速度舒缓整齐，声音响亮响彻整个剧场。决出一个二等奖，六年级甲班精挑细选出的朱自清的《匆匆》优美柔和的音乐配上她们自然流畅的朗诵把同学们带到一个至善至美的境界。参加的五位同学是：刘思琪、陈锦熔、林丽莎、陈鑫焰。最后也是最重要的一等奖由一年级丙班的《春雨》获得。参加比赛的五位小朋友是王雪怡、林吉米，王梦琪、Alicia 及谢芯彤同学。孩子们穿着正式漂亮的连衫裙，在已经练习的滚瓜烂熟的篇章里加上了动作和神态，把春雨的沁人心脾的感觉和春天万物生机勃勃的景象都朗诵了出来。
各位参赛的小选手们，你们都是好样的！希望你们能够通过朗读比赛进一步领悟中文的博大精深，无论胜负如何，都要做到胜不骄败不馁，在今后的中文学习中再接再厉，取得更大的进步。
我们富兰克林中文学校历年来每学期都会举办校内诵读比赛，虽然我们没有找来领导和家长观摩，但是参赛的选手和老师们依然抱着极其认真的态度。近一个月来，我校的老师和同学们都积极地为朗诵比赛排练准备。午餐后的操场上，下课后的角落里，演出舞台的排练地里我们都能看到老师带着学生排练的身影。她们设计朗诵篇目，从内容、服装、化妆等各方面来考虑，力争推出让人耳目一新的节目。并以此为契机让孩子们学习中文的热情一年比一年高涨，孩子们的朗读水平也越来越好。我们希望通过朗读这种形式，让每一个在富兰克林中文学校学习的孩子不忘母语，拥有一颗火热的民族心，让心中那份剪不断的华夏情继续相传。

感谢各位家长和老师的自始至终的支持和关爱，三月初富兰克林中文学校总校、分校和富兰克林语言中心中文班都顺利开学了。全校共开设35班级，招生850多名学生。为了适应学校的发展，今年总校小学部搬迁新的校区（Av. Rivadavia 5550)。本月各校区兴趣班和补习班陆续开班，欢迎大家踊跃报名！

AFTER SCHOOL CHINESE PROGRAM

In this 5 days per week After School Program, students have one hour Mandarin class every day, learning Mandarin just as they learn English--by living it. Class is taught entirely in Mandarin with students absorbing a Chinese-speaking environment. Students are grouped into Beginning, intermediate, advance level class, according to grade and language proficiency. Students learn Mandarin, socialize in Mandarin, and complete homework under the guidance and support of our Mandarin native instructors. On Fridays, classes focus on creative learning through Chinese arts, games, and music. Through meaningful and relevant content and engaging activities, children acquire Chinese fluency and the disposition to be life-long learners. Twice a week, students have classes of creative art and English reading.
This program is open to all elementary school children. Class times are 3:00-6:00 on Mondays through Friday. This program offers pick-up service.
We also provide a 2-day, 3-day after school program.

The Brief history of FRANKLIN EDUCATION

Franklin Language School was founded by Mao Yi Feng in 1994.

With a group of experienced local teachers and American, the center offered general group English classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, plus Test Preparation Courses in TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and Cambridge exams. The center also customizes professional and academic English seminars and courses for diplomats, lawyers, law enforcement officers, engineers, business executives, architects, customs officers, etc.

In 1995, the center offered Spanish courses for immigrants in Argentina who need to improve their communication skills to achieve their goals: finding jobs, attending schools and colleges, improving their professional options. About 600 hundred students take regular Spanish courses every year.

In 1998, to help children of Chinese descent to better understand their heritage and appreciate their culture and to provide people of non-Chinese background with the opportunity to study the Chinese language and foster a deeper understanding of the Chinese culture, the center offered regular courses for children of Chinese descent as well as for non-Chinese background learners.
The center also collaborated with local private schools and has organized various courses in several schools. Those courses, such as Chinese Language course, writing technique courses, have helped improve the performance of schools' students in the Chinese language.

In 2003, to meet large needs of Chinese learning, a new division - “Franklin Chinese School” was established. It offers children of Chinese descent language classes from preschool – Grade 9 on every Saturday and also offers adult language class for student parents. About 300 hundred students study Chinese at the school every year.

Since 2003, Franklin Chinese School has grown from a humble beginning to a well-established brand name in the Chinese education society in Argentina, earning the trust of parents and students alike with its dedication.

In 2010, Franklin Learning Center was established in Miami, Florida to offer after school program, Chinese and Spanish course, Weekend Chinese and art class. It is the first center in the United States.

In January 2011, Franklin Education acquired assets of a local Kindergarten (preschool) Escuela Infantil “Nuevas Lunas” and converted it into the first Spanish-Chinese bilingual Kindergarten preschool in Argentina.

In 2013, Franklin Learning Center opened its second center in San Francisco, California. Franklin Learning Center gives students the support they need to excel. Our tutors help children reach their full potential in many specialized subjects, including foreign languages, math, art and music.

FRANKLIN CHINESE SCHOOL

为了弘扬中华文化，为了能给华裔子女提供学习汉语拼音，简化汉字，讲好普通话的机会和环境，以继承中华民族五千年悠久的历史文化和传统，本中心于一九九八年开设了阿根廷华侨界中唯一教授汉语拼音和简化字的中文班。聘请从中国师范院校毕业的且具备良好的素质及教学经验的老师。
从刚开办时的几个班，不到十个学生发展到七十多个学生。我们从不断摸索，不断改革中走来。开设小学一至六年级和初中的语文和数学课程。除设置语文和数学专修课外，我们还开设了英文、西文、电脑等选修课程。2003年第二学期我们为适应世界的需要，适应祖国日新月异发展的需要，特将英文从选修课提升为必修课，实行双语教育。与此同时，为适应课程的改革，我们相形地改革上课时间，从半日制向全日制转换，施行了星期六全天上课制。
为了更好地为阿根廷华侨和华人子弟提供一个优良的学习中文的机会和环境，为社会培养优秀的双语人才，使他们在积极融入西方社会的同时，继续发扬中华民族的优秀传统文化，永远不忘自己是炎黄子孙，为作中国人而骄傲和自豪，经富兰克林语言中心董事会讨论决定，从2004年起把有五年历史的“富兰克林语言中心中文班”易名为“富兰克林中文学校”, 正式在阿根廷成立第一所教授汉语拼音和简化汉字的华侨中文学校。
董事会同时决定租用模范教育学院中的两栋教学大楼，操场和教学设施；开设学前班，汉语拼音班，小学一至六年级，初中和高中的语文，数学课程；引进适合海外华侨华人学生学习汉语的《中文》作为语文教材；采用上海教育出版社的《数学》作为数学教材；聘用由中国各大师范学院毕业的中小学老师担任老师。
一三年共开设了十七个班级，学生人数将近五百名。教职员工达到三十位。
为了让在阿根廷出生的华人幼儿从小打下良好的中西文听说能力，富兰克林中文学校经过一年的筹备，于2011年一月成立富兰克林中文学校附属全日制双语幼儿园。 幼儿园是市政府立案，教育局注册的正规学校。她成为阿根廷第一所全日制西文-中文双语幼儿园。学校招生一岁至五岁的阿根廷和华人幼儿。上午将按照阿根廷教育局的教学大纲教授西文，下午将教授中文课程。学校聘请智深的阿根廷校长管理，由具有教育局教师资格证书的阿根廷老师任教。
2012年新学期共招生阿根廷和中国学生八十多位。
在全日制双语幼儿园的基础上，我们计划在2013试办全日制双语小学。
2011年10月富兰克林中文学校在西安举行的第二届世界华文大会上被国务院侨务办公室评为“华文教育示范学校”并授予牌。 2012年１７日在我校总部举行“华文教育师范学校”揭牌仪式，庆祝中国国务院侨务办公室最近授予该校的称号。中国驻阿根廷大使馆政务参赞朱京阳，领事，使馆领导参加了颁奖揭牌仪式。

富兰克林语言中心
FRANKLIN LANGUAGE CENTER

富兰克林语言中心由毛亦丰先生创办于一九九四年。是一家在阿根廷注册的私立语言学院。
本中心由有经验的美国籍和留美老师专业教授正宗美国英语，独创地以东方传统与现代西方教授法融会贯通，步步为营，循序而致精，力求在短期内使学生在听，说，读等诸方面具有扎实基础和实用之能力。
本中心英文课程种类丰富。除传统的七年级文法会话班之外，还设有托福TOEFL，英国剑桥证书FEC, SAT, GRE, GMAT, IELTES 等国际考试辅导, 商业英文，旅游英文，科技英文等等。十八年来，近千名学生在我中心就学。上百名学生已移民留学美国，加拿大深造。凭着优秀的师资，实效的教学，完整的学制，和认真负责的态度，我们的卓越成绩有目共睹。本中心已成为在阿根廷亚裔社区内举足轻重的专业英语学院。我们同时也成为律师，医生，工程师等许多专业人士学习英文的首选学校。我们也授课于在阿的数家世界跨国公司如Oracle, Movicom-Bellsouth等。
从一九九五年底，我们开设了西班牙语课程。开课的目的就是为了帮助那些来阿根廷的新侨民尽快地跨过语言的障碍，能用西文进行日常生活的沟通，并逐步用于工作，生意上；帮助那些学龄儿童迅速适应阿根廷学校的课程。我院本着认真负责的态度尽心尽力为大家服务，创下了良好的口碑。西文班的学生不断加强，平均每年有近六七百名学生在我院就读。至今已有将近上万千余名学生在我院学习了西班牙语课程。
随着祖国国内经济十多年来持续的高增长。经济强国的印象树立于世界之林。由于需要，外国人学汉语异军突起。在阿根廷也不例外，来我院学习汉语的外国人也逐渐增多。有律师，有去中国经商的商人，有牧师，有学生。为此我们增设了许多外国人学中文的小班。2004年下半年学院和阿根廷CIISBEC教学机构合作在布市国会区开设了中文课程和中国文化讲座，受到了社会上的好评。
近几年中，我校在阿根廷的大公司中开设了“汉语和中国文化”课程。我们的客户有：COCA COLA可口可乐公司，ISENBECK啤酒公司，NINI超市批发中心，TyC体育电视台等。
2009年我校和著名的双语学校WASHINGTON SCHOOL合作在其小学部开设了中文课程，二十几位阿根廷小朋友报名参加了中文学习。我们的中文课程受到了学校董事会和家长的好评。2012年我们在著名的双语学校BELGRANO DAY SCHOOL中学部开设了汉语兴趣课程。
