Coach Sean Warren ‘s 7th/8th grade girls basketball team is now 4-0! Let’s give him our support - check out this GoFundMe a former student/player/current team mom created to help Coach get his van repaired (or buy a new used vehicle!) https://gofund.me/f403fc1a2

04/07/2026

Coach Sean Warren has been a pillar in our community for 52 years, dedicating his life to coaching, teaching, and mentoring youth across the Bay Area. From St. John School, St. James School, Mercy High School, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Holy Name High School, and beyond, Coach Sean has inspired generations of athletes and students. He’s not only coached basketball and volleyball, but also served as an athletic director, directed CYO Camp, refereed countless games, and set lifelong friendships in motion. His impact is so deep that he’s now coaching the children of his former players, continuing a legacy of encouragement and support.

Recently, Coach Sean’s 2007 Toyota Sienna broke down, leaving him without a vehicle. Despite this setback, he continues to coach basketball for free and makes very little from coaching Club volleyball. He drives over 60 miles round trip from the East Bay to San Francisco, transporting not just himself but all the equipment needed for his teams. His van, covered in decals from every school and organization he’s served, is a symbol of his dedication. Unfortunately, with limited income, it is extremely challenging for him to secure the funds for the necessary repairs or to purchase a new used vehicle. The community knows how much he’s given, and now it’s our turn to help.

The funds raised will go directly toward repairing Coach Sean’s van or helping him get a new vehicle—whichever he decides is best. They can also be used for transportation costs while he’s in between vehicles or repairs. Coach Sean has always shown up for us, attending graduations, baptisms, weddings, and cheering for kids on both teams because he’s coached them all. For almost 20 years, he’s relied on the same minivan to make it to all of these events, practices, and games. Now, we are asking our community to give back to the man who gave us confidence as kids and continues to give confidence to the next generation. Your support will help Coach Sean keep showing up for all of us. Link in our bio. If you prefer Venmo, please DM us. Thank you!

🦀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗰𝗲𝗲: 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗥𝗔𝗬!

Get ready, because we’ve got a Bay Area treasure taking the mic! 🎤✨

We’re beyond excited to welcome 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗥𝗔𝗬 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀, as our emcee for the evening. With more than 20 years in media, PR, and radio, 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗥𝗔𝗬 brings her voice, presence, and vibrant energy to every space she enters. She’s a powerhouse voice talent many of you already know and love. You’ve heard her locally on 106.1 KMEL and nationally as a voice for iHeartRadio.

We’re especially proud to welcome her back as a 𝗦𝘁. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗮, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟲 — coming home to help host one of our favorite community traditions.

Born into a family of musicians and deeply rooted in music and culture, LadyRAY has interviewed hundreds of celebrities and built a career bringing authentic conversation and real connection to every microphone she touches.

Her 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 makes her the perfect person to guide us through the night. We feel incredibly blessed and fortunate to have her leading the room as emcee for our 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱-𝗔-𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱.

The mic is hot, the energy is up, and the Bay’s (and St. John’s!) own 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗥𝗔𝗬 is in the building! 🦀✨
