Thought this would be one of my most challenging class due to language barrier - these high school kids from Taiwan don’t speak any English, but they came here to study the craft. Turns out, they were very skilled and with their baking education, knew the techniques very well. I merely pointed at tools and ingredients and they nailed it. Passion for baking was all we needed to make perfect cookies. 👏
