Feeling down? Here are some ways to course-correct when you’re having an off day.

Plan a fun event or day out. The anticipation and excitement of that upcoming activity really helps.

Write down three things you’re grateful for. You’ll gain some fresh perspectives.

Do a quick breathing exercise. I like to inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and exhale for another 4.

They’re simple tools, and can quickly turn your day around!

Are you courageous enough to pursue what you truly want, or does self-doubt hold you back?

Don’t expect to be a rock star right out of the gate. My form was horrible the first few weeks of learning how to do a proper barbell squat. But like Jake the Dog in Adventure Time says, "Sucking at something is the first step towards being sorta good at something."

Everybody starts somewhere! And with patience and persistence, you'll get there. 💪
