Why is muscle testing so misunderstood? 👀

A weak test doesn't always mean the muscle itself is weak.

Muscle testing can give us valuable information about how the nervous system is organizing and controlling movement. When the response changes depending on position, contact, or sensory input, there may be more going on than simple muscle strength.

That’s why the test isn't just about asking, “Is this muscle strong or weak?”

It’s about understanding why the nervous system is producing that response. 🧠
