Kirakiraboshi Choir　キラキラ星クワイア We are a chorus group for young children at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California in SF, Weds 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

For more than 20 years, Kirakiraboshi Choir at JCCCNC San Francisco has been successfully recognized as one of the most entertaining vocal ensembles for children who are eager to learn Japanese songs! It designed to take children from their first introduction to the art of choral singing through the Kodaly Method--we sing many "Doyo" and "Asobi-uta" from Japanese cultural folklore and play various rhythm instruments together. We also introduce Eurhythmics to explore children's sense and feel through music. Through dynamic movement and play accompanied by piano sound, children learn rhythm and melody in a fun and enjoyable way! For children ages three through ten. Director: Kaori Nakano

キラキラ星コーラスはサンフランシスコの日本町にあるJCCCNCの子供向け文化クラスとして２０年以上も活動をして来たコーラスグループです。

日本の伝統的なリズムや遊び歌をベースに、日本古来から伝わる文化を音楽を通じて楽しく学んでいます。リトミックとソルフェージュを取り入れ、リズムと体の調和を目指し、想像力豊かな音楽体験をみんなで目指しています。３歳から10歳くらいまでの生徒さんの参加をお待ちしております。
