Countless American women of the 20th century have seen their stories become lost to history, but traces of them persist in the records they left behind. Through these records, we can reclaim their lost stories. Join Sutro Library staff as we delve into two of our archival collections and reconstruct the stories of two such American women, Addie Viola Smith and Sarah M.
