Ways to contribute to the Resistance outside of rallies:

1) Make art and contribute your art to give voice and visuals to the Resistance. Here's what artists are doing in Minneapolis: https://mspmag.com/arts-and-culture/protest-art-anti-ice/

2) Use 5calls.org - this one is a bit hard if you don't like phone calls. I do NOT like phone calls. I took one for the movement and called my senators and talked to two live human beings. There is even a script you can use. I still made it awkward. ✊🏽☎️

3) Donate to a rally or strike fund. I support my local Indivisible.org

4) Donate to a local mutual aid fund or participate in activities like local food drives, clothing swaps, etc. Follow their socials to respond to immediate needs for your community.

Lastly, sustain yourself with moments of joy, love, nature, appreciation, gratitude, empathy & compassion. Give care to yourself and others. Nourish your heart, take care of your nervous system, cultivate courage & community. Thank you to all who are standing up for love. ✊🏽💙
