VetsinTech is launching its Vets in Space program on February 4 in Los Angeles, hosted at the historic Grand Central Air Terminal Museum, hosted by The Walt Disney Company.
This program is designed to help veterans and military spouses build pathways into the rapidly growing space technology sector - from launch and mission operations to satellite systems, communications, and space-adjacent innovation. The launch event brings together members of the military community and leaders from commercial space, national security, and the startup community to highlight the opportunities, pathways, and partnerships shaping veteran participation in the space economy.

🎟️ What a night! This past Friday, we marked the 11th Annual VetsinTech Veterans Day Gala at the historic Marines’ Memorial Club in San Francisco — an unforgettable evening celebrating veterans, military spouses, and the partners who champion their success in tech. From meaningful conversations to an energetic afterparty, the night blended purpose and celebration in true VetsinTech fashion.
🎤 The program featured Chuck Todd, Sara Donchey, and George Ploss, who helped lead an inspiring evening filled with stories of service, impact, and opportunity. We also had the always-entertaining Franco Finn, hypeman for the Golden State Warriors, return to host the live auction - helping drive support for scholarships that help veterans and military spouses advance their education and careers in tech.
🏆We also honored Doug Beck, former Director, Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), for his strategic impact, as well as Adobe for Education, Apple for Employment, and J.P. Morgan for Entrepreneurship.
