We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our monthly Fire Drill, underscoring our commitment to prioritizing safety. Our established protocol involves the swift and orderly evacuation of all classes to the basketball court, where teachers conduct roll calls. Meanwhile, Ms. Wendy verifies that each teacher is equipped with essential safety items, including backpacks, emergency forms, and cell phones. Our security guard meticulously inspects each room to ensure they are vacant and doors are securely shut. Following the drill, students return to their classrooms to participate in an earthquake drill. Upcoming safety initiatives include: monthly drills, a whole-school drill utilizing our emergency system, earthquake drills, and ALICE training for staff.

Stratford Families...if you haven't seen the De Montfort gym yet, you are in for a surprise for the new paint job. We have EL and MS v-ball games there most Saturdays...watch in the weekly SMORE for the game dates and times.

Today marks a significant milestone for our 8th graders as they participate in their Cap & Gown picture day, a poignant reminder that their final year is underway. We have new marketing efforts for the Peninsula and San Francisco area. We love Stratford and hope these efforts will attract many new families. Let us know if you see it!

Welcome to Middle School! We are so happy to have our returning 7th and 8th graders. We are extremely happy to receive our new 6th graders. It's going to be a tremendous year.
