We empower and educate low-income children and families in one of the most expensive cities in the world.

The Good Samaritan Family Resource Center educates and empowers low-income families, including immigrants, in expensive San Francisco. Led and staffed largely by people of color, we operate family centers, youth centers, immigrant support groups, an affordable preschool, a COVID-19 Immigrant Family Relief Fund, and more.

Thanks to our Literacy Support Program, 89% of enrolled students made measurable progress. This shows how much personalized support and community involvement can help students succeed.

Annual Report 204/25 | Sazón de la Comunidad

This year, Sazón de la Comunidad put compassion into action by serving unhoused families with healthy meals, cultural connections, and respect.

Every month, we serve more than 170 meals to our unhoused neighbors. Each meal shows our care, our connection, and our belief that everyone deserves support.

With the support of our community, we keep uplifting our neighbors and building spaces filled with love, culture, and belonging.
